Stoneham Kitchen - Canterbury , Kent

Roger and Margaret approached us in November 2017 about having their kitchen remodelled, but were apprehensive.  Relocating to Canterbury, their past experiences of kitchen showrooms was not good.  Having now "done the rounds' in the city they were weary of trying to find exactly what they wanted. Not just in terms of product, and design but getting a straight forward itemised quotation.  

Throughout the process we worked closely with them, through the design process to achieve their brief, leading to completion of the project. Roger and Margaret knew what they wanted and were keen to have a bespoke kitchen incorporating their specific details.   Our Stoneham furniture was the answer and we were able to accomplish things such as specific door thicknesses, tailored paint colour & finish, and a purpose designed pantry. 

Stoneham are a family owned Royal Warranted bespoke kitchen manufacturer, based in Kent for over 100 years.   We offer a broad range of furniture styles from classical to contemporary, through to the latest fashions. Whether timber, painted or the most cutting-edge laminate technology we have just about most specifications covered. 

Below the first 4 images are the initial perspectives that Gary our Chief Designer produced followed by pictures of the actual kitchen. Whilst we can offer hand drawn plans and perspectives, the 3D Colour rendering of our CAD software which really helps clients to visualise what can be achieved in your space. 

Working with Roger & Margaret was an absolute pleasure, and we wish them every happiness in their new home.

When we approached Designed Interiors, we had quite strong views as to what we wanted to achieve with a new kitchen – modern, streamlined and fully functional, and creating a clear visual division between the open plan kitchen and living room areas.

Working closely with Gary, an enthusiastic and creative designer, and incorporating the flexibility and bespoke options available from Stoneham, the final design exceeded our expectations.

The kitchen installation was managed by Clive, a real craftsman with a can do and solution orientated attitude.  It was a real pleasure to have Clive in our home, and the finished kitchen exudes quality.

Dean from the Canterbury showroom kept us fully informed as the installation progressed, and Company Director Darren was involved with the process when necessary to ensure that all went smoothly.

The result is that we are both extremely satisfied customers who strongly recommend the combination of Designed Interiors and Stoneham.
